AN arrest warrant has been issued for a man who missed his court hearing despite being spotted outside days before.
Jason Bourton, of no fixed abode, was due to appear at Oxford Crown Court on Thursday (June 27) charged with several counts – including one of allegedly threatening to ‘smash up’ his sister’s car.
However, the 44-year-old failed to show up for his court hearing despite being spotted in a nearby street on Monday (June 24) by a barrister.
