A TRIAL date has been set for a man accused of breaching a court order by posting online about his wife.
Salvatore Di Paola, of Windmill Road, Headington, is due to stand trial on December 23 this year at Oxford Crown Court charged with three counts of breaching a non-molestation order.
The order was put in place at Oxford Family Court on April 26.

It is alleged that he breached the order May 4 twice, May, 5, and May 11 by posting about his wife on social media.
The 55-year-old has denied the offence and will now stand trial a couple of days before Christmas.
He has been granted bail to return to the court at the start of the trial.
