A DRIVER has been disqualified after being caught speeding on the motorway.

Kameran Muhid, of Russ Avenue, Faringdon, was caught on November 14 last year speeding on the M4 near Reading.

The 23-year-old was caught on an automatic speed camera near junctions 11 and 10 driving at 101 miles per hour in a 70 miles per hour speed limit zone.

It is unknown what time of car he was driving in at the time.

At Swindon Magistrates’ Court on June 25, he pleaded guilty to the offence and was fined £350.

The driver was also banned from driving for 14 days in total.

There were court costs of £90 and a victim surcharge of £140 to be paid by the end of July.
