A COURT hearing has taken place for a man accused of attempting to send sexual messages to children online.
Christopher Phillips, of HMP Bullingdon near Bicester, appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (June 25) charged with three counts of being an adult attempted to engage in sexual communication with a children, and one count of making indecent photographs of a child.

The 48-year-old is accused of sending sexual messages to who he allegedly thought were children online between June 15, 2022 and June 29, 2022.
He was also allegedly caught with four Category A images, one Category B images and two Category C images on a Google mobile phone.
Phillips is now due back at the same court on July 2.
