Developers have decided to Airbnb an Oxfordshire property which has given prospective purchasers the opportunity to "try before they buy".
The grade two listed Cotswold stone building is a converted granary located in Middle Barton with a selling price of £695,000.
Prospective purchasers have the opportunity to do a short let before deciding whether they want to buy or not.
The four bedroom "luxury barn" near Soho Farmhouse sleeps up to eight guests.

Ben Babington, director of Trilogy Homes, said: "So far we have had two prospective purchasers stay at the property, both of which have decided to shortlist it as a potential purchase for when they get into a fully proceedable position.
"I think it is a very novel idea, but not necessarily one that too many developers would be in a position to offer.
"It is something I am sure more prospective property purchasers would welcome the opportunity to do.

"Naturally the house has to be fully furnished with rental-friendly furniture and it also requires the house to be fully operational with bedding, towels, crockery and working broadband.
"It is however a great way of spending a meaningful amount of time in a property before you make it your home.
"Many buyers may only spend one to two hours in a house before they commit to several years of ownership, so not only does it serve to ensure the location and layout work for their lifestyle, but it also gives enough time to reassure that they are making the right decision."
