A city pub has been relisted on the market at a cheaper price.
The Oxford Blue, in Marston Street, East Oxford, spent 11 months closed before it reopened its doors to customers in April.
The pub closed in June 2023 and then in February, the property’s freehold, currently let to brewers Wells and Co (Charles Wells Limited) on a 20-year lease until 2038, was marketed by Savills for offers in excess of £1.2m.

The pub was then taken on by a group operating under the name Greenbox, who completed renovation work on the property.
It reopened with a vegan menu with owners hoping to return the pub “to its former glory” with pub partner Brewpoint.
However, the property's freehold has now been relisted on the market at a cheaper valuation of offers in excess of £1.05m.
The pub will continue to trade during the marketing of the property and post-completion of the sale, say estate agents Savills.
Charles Howe from Greenbox said: "We've had an absolutely great time bringing The Blue back to life and intend on being here for a long time.
"We love the Oxford Community and love being one of many fantastic independently run businesses in East Oxford."
The ground floor has an open-plan trading area with a central bar and seating provided on chairs, tables and benches for around 80 customers.
There is a gas-fired pizza oven behind a second serving counter and an outdoor area for 30 people.
Additional seating is also situated outside at the front of the pub with space for 16 customers.
