Delays have caused the rescheduling of a new ITV crime drama starring Endeavour’s Shaun Evans.
After a year has passed since the final episode of Oxford-based Endeavour aired, lead star Shaun Evans is set to star in another ITV crime drama.
Landing the lead role again, Evans will star in Until I Kill You alongside Line of Duty and Motherland star Anna Maxwell Martin.
The series, which is being co-produced by ITV and World Productions, has been a talking point amongst fans given the uncertainty over its release date.

Already out in other countries including New Zealand, it was initially anticipated for a summer UK release.
This was recently dismissed by ITV who told the Oxford Mail that the drama will be shown later this year.
An ITV spokesperson said: “It will air later this year.”
“We don't have photos available yet as it's not due to air for a little while.
“We'll have pictures, information and trailers towards the end of the summer.”

World Productions revealed they had been frustrated with the changing release for the series in the UK when speaking to Endeavour fan Gwyn Penny.
“I’ve really tried hard to get ITV to be honest but I did speak to World Productions and they're great,” she said.
“[World Productions] are fed up with the rescheduling of the series.
“The book [Until I Kill You] is being reissued with a new cover showing the 2 characters to go along with the series in September.
“ITV may be holding series till then but I just hope it won’t be shelved again.”
