THE sentencing of an alleged drug dealer has been delayed in court.
Daniel Riasat, 26, was due to be sentenced at Oxford Crown Court on Friday (June 21) charged with one count each of possession of a Class A drug with intent to supply and acquiring, using or possessing criminal property.
It is alleged that on June 2, 2021, he was caught with 422.3grams of cocaine in Oxford and on June 3, 2021, he was allegedly caught in Oxford and High Wycombe with £5,135 in cash.

Riasat, of Doddington Road, Wellingborough, appeared via video link on Friday morning for sentencing.
However, it was delayed as the Crown Prosecution Service rejected his basis of plea.
His case has been adjourned for a Newton hearing to take place on July 3.
