A DRIVER has avoided jail after causing serious injury by careless driving in Bicester.
Harry Page, of Sycamore Gardens, Bicester, appeared at Birmingham Magistrates Court on May 13 charged with one count of causing serious injury by careless/inconsiderate driving.
The 24-year-old indicated guilty to the incident which took place on September 1, 2022.

While driving an Audi A1 on Buckingham Road, Bicester, without due care and attention, he caused injury to Michael Dowzanskyj – the extent of his injuries are unknown.
Page first indicated guilty on March 22 this year.
He was handed a community order to complete 15 days of rehabilitation activity and 100 hours of unpaid work.
Page was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.
There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
