NEW homes have been released for sale on a development by Blenheim.
Housebuilder and landowner, Blenheim Estate Homes has announced new listings at its Park View development in Woodstock which has Blenheim Palace on its doorstep.
The six new releases include the two-bedroom semi-detached The Collett; three-bedroom semi-detached The Vanderbilt or The Sargent; and The Herbert (five-bedroom detached).
Blenheim Estate Homes’ development partner, Pye Homes, said the development was built 'with a blend of rich history and captivating landscapes complemented by contemporary living'.

Prices start from £545,000. Smaller bedroom apartments have ranged from £270,000 up to £400,000. Some of the larger homes have been on the market for over £1million.
The entire development will include up to 300 new homes and plans for small businesses accommodation.
At completion it will have 150 affordable homes across all of its phases.

Blenheim Estate Homes is also still accepting applications for the last of its three new shared ownership homes at Park View which are available for a 40 per cent share at £250,000.
