A number of homes at a site neighbouring Blenheim Place are up for sale.
Housebuilder and landowner Blenheim Estate Homes has announced the listings at its Park View development in Woodstock.
The six new releases include the two bedroom semi-detached The Collett, three bedroom semi-detached The Vanderbilt or The Sargent, and the five bedroom detached The Herbert, with prices starting from £545,000.
Blenheim Estate Homes’ long-standing development partner, Pye Homes, planned and built Park View with "a blend of rich history and captivating landscapes complemented by contemporary living".

Available for a 40 per cent share at £250,000, The Vanderbilt is a three-bedroom detached home with parking.
Blenheim Place Estates has a portfolio of residential, commercial and agricultural properties.
