A man has been arrested in Oxford on suspicion of drug dealing.
The incident occurred in East Oxford on Tuesday as Thames Valley Police officers intercepted the alleged drug deal and apprehended the man.
This was following reports by concerned members of the public of drug dealing taking place in the areas of Littlemore and Cowley.

The local police team arrested the man on Gaisford Road after the drug deal had occurred.
Thames Valley Police released a statement online updating the public on the arrest and reminding people to report any information on similar incidents to help in the future.
A spokesperson for the force said: “Please continue to report drug intelligence to us as this helps us intercept drug deals taking place like today's arrest.”
