DANIEL HARPER, 33, of Dene Road, Headington, pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words/behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on May 11 this year. He was fined £40. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £16.

NATHAN DAVIES, 36, of Barton Village Road Headington, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Oxford on May 11 this year with 51 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months, and fined £221. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £88.

TAFAFADZWA JAZI, 31, of Highworth Place, Witney, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Parks Road, Oxford on May 12 this year with 60 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. They were disqualified from driving for 17 months, reduced by 17 weeks, and fined £384. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £154.

STEVEN DILLEY, 42, of Colville Close, Bampton, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class A drug, namely a quantity of methylenedioxymethamphetamine, in Bampton on August 13 last year as well as possession of a shotgun, a Modern Arms, double-barrelled shotgun, with a firearm certificate. He was fined £350 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs and the firearm. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £140.

FANTASIA BLANDES, 19, of The Slade, Oxford, pleaded guilty to failing to co-operate with a preliminary roadside drug test on June 2 this year in Oxford, driving without a licence, driving without third party insurance, and drink driving in St Giles Oxford with 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. They were disqualified from driving for 16 months, reduced by 16 weeks, and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.

NICOLA HARRIS, 47, of Bartlett Place, Milton, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to driving in Steventon whilst unfit through drink on September 24 last year as well as driving without a licence and driving without third party insurance. She also pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words/behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress and the offence was racially/religiously aggravated on October 4, 2022 and two counts of assaulting an emergency worker on the same day. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months and fined £60. She was also given a community order to complete 12 months of drug rehabilitation treatment and up to 10 days of rehabilitation activity. There was an order for £200 compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

DANIEL WALSH, 33, of Cranmer Road, Oxford, was found guilty to using threatening or abusive words/behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress on October 30 while in custody in Abingdon. He was given a period of conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay £100  in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.
