CLAUDIO ANDRADE, 26, of Ock Street, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Abingdon on December 6 last year. They were disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £80. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.

HEMANTKUMAR PATEL, 38, of Deer Park Road, Birmingham, pleaded guilty to drink driving on the M40 near Lewknor on May 9 this year with 88 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. They were disqualified from driving for 22 months, reduced by 22 weeks, and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.

DONNELLE OCHIELA, 26, of Tern Walk, Oxford, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for testing in Banbury on May 10 this year after being suspected of having committed a road traffic offence. They were given a community order to complete 80 hours of unpaid work and were disqualified from driving for 20 months, reduced by 20 weeks. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

LUKE RANDALL, 40, of Highclere Gardens, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Banbury on May 10 this year with 60 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He also pleaded guilty to driving without a licence and driving without third party insurance. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months, reduced by 17 weeks, and fined £120. There were court costs of £85.

RUPALI PAL, 38, of Blenheim Drive, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Oxford on May 11 this year with 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. They were disqualified from driving for 17 months, reduced by 17 weeks, and fined £484. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £194.

STUART MCKENZIE, 39, of The Meadows, Sawbridgeworth, Wheatley, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating in Wheatley on December 23 last year. He was given a community order to complete six months of mental health treatment and five rehabilitation activity days. There was an order for £150 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

BRADLEY MILLS, 61, of Long Furlong Drive, Slough, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Waterstock, Oxfordshire on August 6 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £100. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £40.

HANNAH GREENHALGH, 31, of Benson Close, Bicester, pleaded guilty to the possession of a Class B drug, namely a quantity of cannabis, at Banbury Police Station on April 17 this year. She was given a period of conditional discharge for six months and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There was a victim surcharge of £26.

HAYDN CHESTERMAN, 29, of Withycombe Drive, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Adderbury on December 24 last year. They were disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £292. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £117.
