A new book about Oxfordshire's most famous couple is reportedly promising scandalous revelations which will allegedly "dent David Beckham's image".
The "explosive" new book The House of Beckham: Money, Sex and Power is written by investigative biographer, Tom Bower, who has previously dug into Robert Maxwell, Richard Desmond and Simon Cowell.
Advertising the book on its website, publisher HarperCollins wrote: "For decades, adoring fans have been captivated by the glamorous world they have created, while their unrivalled fusion of showbiz, fashion, football and celebrity has been cultivated alongside the image of a strong marriage."
The hit Netflix documentary Beckham which aired in 2023, gave viewers an intimate insight into their private lives, it said.
"Produced by the Beckhams themselves, the series raised many questions, not only about their success and personal relationship, but also about the ruthlessly successful management of their image in the media," it went on.
"Are their lives really as perfect as the Beckhams would like the world to believe?"
Mr Bower has hinted that he will explore the 48-year-old footballing legend’s alleged affair with Rebecca Loos when he played for Real Madrid.
There have also been questions as to why the former England legend has not yet been knighted.
Mr Bower told the Daily Mirror: "Those who want to know about Beckham’s sex life won’t be disappointed."
Mr Beckham, who has a home in Great Tew in the Cotswolds, was recently unveiled as ambassador for the King's Foundation charity and was pictured bonding with the King over their shared love of beekeeping.
The book is out on Thursday, June 20.
