THOMAS COATES, 32, of Bluebell Lane, Didcot, was found guilty of failing to provide a specimen for testing at Abingdon Police Station on November 5 last year after being suspected of having committed a traffic offence. He was given a community order to complete 16 days of rehabilitation activity and 120 hours of unpaid work. He was disqualified from driving for 36 weeks. There were court costs of £620 and a victim surcharge of £114.
NATHAN RICHENS, 30, of Crabtree Lane, Drayton, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal damage on November 20 last year after damaging a car bonnet to an unknown value in Abingdon. He also pleaded guilty to one count of causing harassment, alarm or distress using threatening, abusive or insulting words/behaviour on the same day. He was ordered to pay £200 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.
JAMIE SAUL, 29, of Riley Drive, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Banbury on May 7 this year with 86 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months, reduced by 17 weeks, and fined £400. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £160.
MAISSAM AMIRI, 20, of Willoughby Avenue, Uxbridge, pleaded guilty to drug driving on the M40 near Wheatley on July 20 last year. They were fined £120 but there was no disqualification as the defendant had not realised they had consumed cake laced with cannabis. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.
JAMES-MAYERS DA-SHARNE, 28, of Welles Park Road, London, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Bicester on November 26 last year as well as driving without third-party insurance. He was disqualified from driving and fined £240. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £96.
NICHOLA ABBOTT, 50, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Grenoble Road, Oxford on December 9 last year. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £230. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £92.
NEIL WOODWARD, 54, of Jubilee Court, Banbury, pleaded guilty to making threats to kill a person in Banbury on April 26 this year as well as causing harassment, alarm or distress using threatening, abusive or insulting words/behaviour on the same day. He was given a community order to complete 12 months of drug rehabilitation and 15 days of rehabilitation activity. He was also fined £80. There was a victim surcharge of £114.
XANDER HOYLES, 23, of Taphouse Avenue, Witney, pleaded guilty to drug driving on the A40 Woodstock Road on December 29 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.
ISAAC LEE, 31, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating in Witney on May 27 last year. He was jailed for 12 weeks and made subject to a community order. There were no orders for costs.
