A COURT hearing has been scheduled for a man charged with theft and breach of bail in Bicester.
Luke O’Brien, of no fixed abode, was charged on Wednesday (June 5) with five counts of theft from shop and one count of breach of bail.
The 45-year-old has been charged in connection with various incidents of shoplifting that are alleged to have taken place in May and June at businesses in Bicester.

After being arrested, O’Brien appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Thursday (June 6) and was remanded into custody.
It is unknown whether the defendant was asked to enter a plea at his first hearing.
He is now next due to appear in the same court on Thursday, June 27.
