A COURT hearing has been scheduled for a Banbury man accused of downloading indecent images of children.
Shawn Rostron, of East End Lane, Adderbury, appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (June 11) charged with three counts of making indecent photographs/pseudo-photographs of a child.

The 28-year-old was allegedly caught on July 17 last year with one Category A image, two Category B images, and 184 Category C images.
Rostron has also been charged with one count of breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order by allegedly using an internet chat website which he was prohibited from doing due to the order put in place on March 2.
He is next due in Oxford Crown Court on July 11 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
