The latest court cases in Oxford Magistrates' Court:

MICHAEL MYSZAKOWSKI, 45, of Elmwood Avenue, Feltham, Hounslow, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Oxford on October 12 last year with 81 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by 18 weeks, and fined £623. There were court costs of £620 and a victim surcharge of £249.
MAREK TRAPP, 45, of Wood Farm Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Banbury Road, Oxford on October 9 last year as well as driving while disqualified. They were given a community order to complete six days of rehabilitation activity and was made subject to electronic monitoring. They were also disqualified from driving for 36 months. There were court costs of £85.
ARTHUR CHUNG-LAWLESS, 68, of Caversham Road, Reading, pleaded guilty to being in breaching of a serious violence reduction order on March 16 this year. Within three days of his release from custody he failed to notify police in Oxford of his home address in accordance with an order made on November 15 last year by Oxford Crown Court. He was fined £40. There were court costs of £40 and a victim surcharge of £16.
ADAM GLEESON, 33, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating in Oxford on May 26 this year. He was jailed for eight weeks. There were no orders for costs.
PETER NJOGU, 36, of Park Road, Wellingborough, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Oxford on May 27 this year with 82 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath as well as driving while disqualified and driving without third-party insurance. He was jailed for 24 weeks due to children having been in the car. He was disqualified from driving for six years. There were no orders for costs.
MOHAMMED HUSSAIN, 24, of Heather Place, Oxford, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating in Oxford on September 28 last year. He was given a community order to abstain from alcohol for 120 days and complete six days of rehabilitation activity and 80 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay £120 in compensation. There were court costs of £85.
LENNON BYLES, 18, of Court Farm Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug in Oxford on May 6 this year, namely a quantity of cannabis. He was given a period of conditional discharge for 12 months and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were court costs of £40.
DAMIAN MAJEWSKI, 35, of Hencroft Street South, Slough, pleaded guilty to three counts of theft in Henley. On May 23 this year, he stole meat from Sainsbury's to an unknown value, on May 24 this year, he stole meat from the same store to an unknown value, and on May 26 he stole meat and chocolate from the same store to the value of £91. He was fined £150. There were no other orders for costs.
