The Bicester Neighbourhood Policing Team paid a visit to two primary schools this week.

The visits were a chance for pupils to learn CPR and to learn more about the role of the police. 

On Friday, June 7, Bicester Neighbourhood Team attended the summer fete of Fritwell Primary School near Bicester.

Thames Valley Police Cherwell said: "It was great to meet so many parents and children, and take the chance to brush up on our CPR skills with Little Annie."

The day before, on Wednesday, June 6, PCSO Alison Drury from the Bicester Neighbourhood Policing Team dropped into Southwold Primary School in Bicester.

She met the children from the nursery and reception classes to speak about the role of the police.

Thames Valley Police Cherwell said: "They kept her on her toes with some interesting questions."
