CHARLIE DODD, 20, of Edgeworth Drive, Carterton, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Witney on November 13 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.
GINTUATAS IESMANTAS, 35, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to three counts of assaulting an emergency worker on April 21 this year in Witney and one count of using threatening or abusive words/behaviour and the offence was racially/religiously aggravated. He was given a community order to abstain from alcohol from 120 days, to complete nine days of rehabilitation activity and 100 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay £150 in compensation and was fined £200. There were no other orders for costs.
BRADEN NICHOLLS, 26, of Cannon Park Way, Coseley, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Watlington on November 30 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £150. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £60.
MITCHELL ROSE, 29, of Bourton Close, Witney, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving in Bladon, Oxfordshire on November 30 last year. He was given a community order to complete nine months of drug rehabilitation treatment and 40 hours of unpaid work. He was also disqualified from driving for 18 months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
LEO PARKER-BEATTY, 18, of Seymore Way, Didcot, pleaded guilty to unlawfully taking a vehicle without the owners consent on May 3 this year Didcot and damage was caused to the vehicle and another in a collision. He also pleaded guilty to driving without a licence and driving without third-party insurance. He was given a community order to complete six months of mental health treatment and five days of rehabilitation activity. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months. There were court costs of £40 and a victim surcharge of £114.
DALE PARRY, 39, of Ashbridge Road, Coventry, pleaded guilty to assault by beating of an emergency worker, a police officer, on May 3 this year in Bicester as well as one count of failing to provide a specimen for testing after being suspected of having committed a traffic offence on the same day. He was fined £607 and he was disqualified from driving for 17 months, reduced by 17 weeks. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £523.
MARK DAVIS, 47, of Faugere Close, Brackley, pleaded guilty to being in charge of a vehicle while over the drink driving limit with 108 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath on May 4 this year. He was fined £853 and had 10 penalty points added to his driving record. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £341.
BEN DUFFY, 35, of Garratts Way, High Wycombe, pleaded guilty to being in charge of a vehicle while over the drink driving limit with 88 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath on May 5 this year. He was fined £715 and had 10 penalty points adding to his driving record. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £286.
