EUAN HERITAGE, 21, of Main Road, Broughton, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Banbury on December 11 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months and fined £450. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £180.

MATTHEW CHANDLER, 38, of Wilsdon Way, Kidlington, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Oxford on December 6 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £200. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £80.

ANTHONY MARTIN, 44, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to wilfully obstructing the free passage along the A4130 Gangsdown Hill in Henley on April 29 this year as well as one count of failing to surrender to court/police bail on April 30 this year. He was jailed for five months. There were no orders for costs.

HAYLEY PONTY, 50, of Merton Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to failing to co-operate with a preliminary roadside test on May 1 this year after being suspected of having committed a road traffic offence. She was fined £100 and had four penalty points adding to her driving record. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £40.

DANIEL WEBB, 40, of Luther Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to burglary after trespassing into the Co-Op in Walton Street, Oxford on July 9 last year and stealing cigarettes and alcohol. He also pleaded guilty to the burglary of Mill Stream House in Oxford on the same day where he stole £55 worth of cosmetic cream. He was given a four-month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay £75 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

LEWIS THOMPSON, 36, of Luther Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to the burglary of Mill Stream House in Oxford on July 9 where he stole £55 worth of cosmetic cream. He was given a community order to complete 12 months of drug rehabilitation treatment and 15 rehabilitation activity days. He was also ordered to pay £25 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

MARTIN MADAR, 35, of Upper Rissington, Gloucestershire, pleaded guilty to causing the death of Dale Young by driving without due care and attention on the A420 junction with London Street in Faringdon on December 27, 2021. He was given a six month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. He will also need to complete 150 hours of unpaid work. He was disqualified from 12 months and will need to take an extended test to drive again. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £154.

STACEY MCDONALD, 37, of Cricket Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating in Banbury on October 26 last year and one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm on November 3 last year in Banbury. She was given a community order to complete three months of alcohol treatment and six months of mental health treatment. She will also need to complete 33 days of rehabilitation activity and she was made subject to a restraining order against the victim. There were court costs of £85.
