The latest court cases in Oxford Magistrates' Court:

CHRISTOPHER KLIMEK, 43, of The Timbers, Launton, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Banbury on October 8 last year as well as driving while using a mobile phone. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £160. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £64.
SAQAB DOGAR, 34, of Tawney Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to, on October 23 last year, driving without third party insurance, two counts of driving while disqualified, driving without third party insurance, failing to stop for a constable in uniform on the A4074 when required to do so, and driving without due care and attention. He was jailed for 12 weeks. There were no orders for costs.
DANIEL CHANDLER, 40, of Stainsfield Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to being in charge of a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in Oxford on April 19 this year with 109 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £120 and had 10 penalty points added to his driving record. There was a victim surcharge of £48.
KAMERON DECENA, 27, of Lancaster Place, Carterton, pleaded guilty to threatening to disclose a private sexual photograph/film on April 4 last year in Witney. He was given a community order to complete 30 days of a specified programme and five days of rehabilitation activity and 80 hours of unpaid work. He was also made subject to a restraining order. There were court costs of £620 and a victim surcharge of £114.
ROBERT ZMIJEWSKI, 40, of Forgeway, Banbury, was found guilty of one count of assault by beating in Banbury on July 4 last year. He was given a community order to complete 12 days of rehabilitation activity and 80 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay £100 in compensation. There were court costs of £640 and a victim surcharge of £114.
BUFFY TRINDER, 21, of Freelands Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating in Oxford on November 11 last year. They were given a conditional discharge of nine months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £26.
CHARLOTTE TRINDER, 39, of Freelands Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating on November 11 last year as well as one count of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour within hearing/sight of a person likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on the same day. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay £75 in compensation.
CAROLINE WALLS, 48, of Linnet Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stealing food items to an unknown value from Tescos in Oxford on February 6 this year. She was given a community order to complete six months of mental health treatment and 10 days of rehabilitation activity, She was also ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work. There were no orders for costs.
