Fresh plans have been submitted as part of a 700-home development for Carterton.
A new reserved matters application will be considered by West Oxfordshire District Council for the 164 homes phase of the project.
A application including details of design was submitted in July 2022 but now the applicants, Bloor Homes and Christ Church College Oxford, have resubmitted their plans as they seek to make a few design changes to various plots on the proposal.

These changes include a single storey 'lean-to' rear addition to the 'Makenzie' house-type which will be renamed 'McQueen'.
There will be no change in the number of bedrooms with the house-type and no changes have been proposed to the approved external wall and roofing materials.
Outline planning permission was granted for 700 homes, a local centre, primary school and employment space in East Carterton in 2014.
