A TRIAL is due to take place for a woman accused of being drunk and disorderly in a public place.
Tiffany Sayer, of Banbury Road, Oxford, appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Thursday (May 30) charged with one count of being drunk and disorderly in a public place.
The 24-year-old is accused of being drunk in Park End Street, Oxford, on March 17 this year.

A trial date has been set. Sayer is now due back at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on July 27 at 2pm for her trial.
If found guilty, she could face a level three fine which is up to £1,000.
She could also face court costs.
