A CYCLIST accused of riding a bike on the motorway is now in custody after a warrant for arrest was issued.
An arrest warrant was issued in April for Dhimiter Kruti, of no fixed abode, after he was charged with riding a pedal cycle on the M40, near Watlington, between junctions seven and six on February 2 this year.

The 39-year-old appeared in Oxford Crown on Friday (May 31) after being charged with ‘excluding traffic on a special road’ under the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988.
However, he wasn’t asked to enter his plea during the hearing as his defence barrister hadn’t been able to have a conference with him ahead of the case.
He will now be due back in court on July 12.
