The incident took place at the Frewin Court buildings, off Cornmarket Street, on April 2.

The 37-year-old pleaded not guilty to the first guilty but guilty to the second, stating: “In the circumstances, I suppose accidentally, I’m guilty.”

His sentencing has been delayed until August 8 in order for a psychiatric and pre-sentence report to be written for Corcoran.
