GEMMA YOUNG, 42, of Queen’s Crescent, Shrivenham, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Wantage on February 24 this year with 97 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by 18 weeks, and fined £120. There were court costs of £32 and a victim surcharge of £48.

ZAIN HANIF, 24, of Gordon Road, High Wycombe, pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention in Watlington on November 1 last year as well as driving without third party insurance. He was fined £400 and had six penalty points added to his driving record. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £160.

RHYS CANE, 25, of Dashwood Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Oxford on December 4 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £250.

JACK WEBB, 27, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving in Abingdon on December 7 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and fined £200. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £80.

RYAN MUIRHEAD, 20, of Barton Village Road, Headington, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Wallingford on November 19 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £396. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £158.

JADVINDER SINGH, 52, of Wytham Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Oswestry Road, Oxford on December 5 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £184. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £74.

FRANCESCA JARDINE, 33, of Osborne Close, Kidlington, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Oxford on April 26 this year with 45 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months, and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.

LAWRENCE MUGOVA, 52, of Spitfire Drive, Witney, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Witney on April 27 this year with 69 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. They were disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by 18 weeks, and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.

PAUL WIGGINS, 64, of Westlands Drive, Headington, was found guilty of one count of assault by beating in Oxford on May 22 last year and one count of religiously/racially aggravated harassment/alarm/distress on the same day. He was given a community order to complete 12 months of alcohol treatment and was made subject to an exclusion order not to enter Westlands Drive, Headington for six months. He will also need to complete 15 days of rehabilitation activity and pay £100 in compensation. There were court costs of £200.

SAMANTHA TUGHAN, 45, of Plymouth Drive, Barnt Green, Birmingham, pleaded guilty to speeding in Banbury Road, Chipping Norton on September 24 last year. They were fined £140 and had three penalty points added to their driving record. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £56.
