A locked up bike has been stolen from Oxford city centre, Thames Valley Police has said.
Police have released a CCTV image after a locked Westminster bike, along with the helmet and lock were stolen from Frewin Court.
The theft happened on Wednesday, May 22 at around 5pm.

Investigating officer PC Lee Dix, based at Oxford's police station, said: “We are appealing to anyone who may recognise the man in the image to get in touch as he may have vital information about this incident.
“You can contact police by calling 101 or online quoting the reference 43240241347.
“Alternatively, if you wish to remain anonymous, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via its website.”
