A YOUNG man has appeared in court accused of sexually assaulting an underage boy.
Max Clanfield, of Tyburn Glen, Didcot, appeared in Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (May 28) charged with five counts of assaulting a boy under 13 by touching.
The alleged incidents took place in June 2019 in Witney.

The boy cannot be named for legal reasons.
He has also been charged two counts of making indecent photographs of children, one count of distributing an indecent photo and one count of taking an indecent photograph.
The 24-year-old is now due to appear in Oxford Crown Court on June 20 at 10am for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
