A new 3,000 square metre luxury spa has opened at an Oxfordshire hotel named among the best 100 places to stay in the world.
The 108-room Estelle Manor opened in June 2023 in the former Eynsham Hall Hotel outside Witney.
In April Travel & Leisure, a global magazine which is more than 50 years old, rated it in its list of the top 100 hotels in the world.
It is owned by Sharan Pasricha, founder and co-CEO of hospitality group Ennismore and is the sister venue to his Maison Estelle private members’ club in Mayfair, London.

Named Eynsham Baths, the spa was inspired by the Roman villa ruins discovered at nearby North Leigh and was five years in the making.
At the centre is a vast bathing hall with sculpted stone columns where guests take 'a guided thermal journey' through a tepidarium (36°C), caldarium (40°C), and two cold plunge pools in the frigidarium (6°C).
There is also a Scottish bucket for an invigorating deluge of cold water.
Also on offer is a marble hammam hosting up to six people, a hay sauna where hay from the next-door farm collected daily burns on an open stove, and a botanic steamroom.
Other areas include a shower walk, a partially open-air breathwork pool with a wood-burning fireplace and an open-air bar and hideaway - a members-only space - with a hidden pool, chandeliers and a waterfall surrounded by wildflowers and woodland ferns.
Treatments on offer are based on ancient Indian, Tibetan, and Chinese healing traditions.
Spa access, plus the guided thermal journey, is complimentary for Estelle members and £95 per person for hotel guests and Estelle members’ guests.
