The latest court cases in Oxford Magistrates' Court:

ANDREW STUART, 41, of Strawberry Path, Oxford, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of blood for testing on July 12 last year after being suspected of having committed a traffic offence. He was given a community order to complete 30 days of a specified programme and five rehabilitation activity days. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months. There were also court costs of £300.

CHELSEA WALLS, 31, of Stowood Close, Headington, pleaded guilty to criminal damage after damaging wing mirrors and a registration plate in Oxford on July 9 last year to the value of £577.98. There was a period of conditional discharge for 18 months and they were ordered to pay £400 in compensation. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £26.

LENNOX KENDRICK, 22, of Tullis Close, Sutton Courtenay,  pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated vehicle taking in Sutton Courtenay on August 19 last year, as well as one count each of driving without a licence, driving without third-party insurance and drink driving with 84 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was given a community order to abstain from alcohol for 60 days, complete up to 30 days of mental health treatment, and was disqualified from driving for 18 months. There was also an order for £250 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

LYUMBOMIR PANEV, 51, of Lammas Close, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating on September 29 last year. They were given a community order to complete six months of alcohol treatment and 10 days of rehabilitation activity. They were also fined £369. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

ALEX HORVATH, 28, of Queens Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to one count of breaching a non-molestation order which was made at Oxford Family Court on December 12 last year by calling a woman they were prohibited from contacting on December 21 last year. They were fined £438. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £175.

THEO BENSON, 35, of Marshall Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal damage after damaging a motorcycle on July 22 last year at Oxford Railway Parkway Station to the value of £893.45. He was fined £250 and ordered to pay £893.45 in compensation. There was a victim surcharge of £100.
