An Oxfordshire pub has been placed on the market for £2.1m.
The Bell at Hampton Poyle near Kidlington is up for sale with the original pub having been extended into several cottages.
The pub has nine letting rooms as well as seven staff rooms too which have scope for conversion to accommodate more paying guests.
There are two cosy rooms in the old part of the pub, the library and snug, as well as an open plan restaurant with exposed beams and a stone floor sitting around 85 people.
There is a long timber bar and the kitchen is open allowing guests to see the kitchen in action.
The terrace at the front boasts views overlooking fields and becomes such a sun trap that awnings are hung in the summer.
