The Oxford Bus Company maintains it is still the most reliable service to and from Heathrow, despite six cancelled services in the last week.
A spokesman for the company said earlier this week that the number of cancellations was not unusual but that the service was still a top performer for customers.
He added: "The Airline service is incredibly reliable and we are proud to transport thousands of people safely and promptly to and from Heathrow Airport and Gatwick Airport daily.
