The latest court cases in Oxford Magistrates' Court:

RUBY PARKER, 30, of Ashurst Way, Rose Hill, pleaded guilty to possession of a kitchen knife in Wantage on April 6 this year and possession of a Class B drug, a quantity of cannabis, on the same day. She was given a community order to complete nine months of a specified programme and 20 days of rehabilitation activity. A forfeiture and destruction order was made for the cannabis. There were no other orders for costs.
PAUL MCGILL, 45, of Curlew Drive, Chippenham, Wiltshire, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Rose Hill, Oxford on April 18 this year with 89 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months, reduced by 16 weeks, and fined £1,000. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £400.
RICKKI BRACKETT, 43, of Nunnery Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to four counts of theft from a shop and one count of making off without payment. On November 9 last year, he stole alcohol and other products to the value of £58.55 from Tesco in Oxford, on February 7 this year, he stole £15 of clothing from Helen and Douglas House in Oxford, on March 13, he stole £198 of alcohol from Sainsburys in Oxford, and on April 14, he stole food products from a Co-Op in Oxford. On May 2 this year he made off after ordering food to the value of £19 without paying in Oxford. He was ordered to pay £366.55 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.
DAVID BENSON, 41, of Priors Marston, Southam, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Oxfordshire on March 23 this year with 109 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath as well as driving without third-party insurance. He was given a community order to complete six days of rehabilitation activity and 100 hours of unpaid work. He was disqualified from driving for 26 months, reduced by 26 weeks, and there were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
JAMES CLARKE, 38, of Park View, Crowmarsh Gifford, Wallingford, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Berinsfield on October 19 last year. He was fined £385 and had 10 penalty points added to his driving record. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £154.
NIKITA MORRIS, 45, of Wykham Place, Banbury, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class A drug, namely two wraps of crack cocaine, in Banbury on August 2 last year. There were fined £40 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were court costs of £85.
WAYNE GUDGEON, 37, of Rutten Lane, Yarnton, pleaded guilty to drug driving in the High Street, Witney on November 16 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and was fined £400. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £160.
