An overweight vehicle being driven on cloned plates was seized by police.
The lorry was stopped by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency on Tuesday morning (May 21) at Junction 8A of the M40 Oxford motorway services.
It was carrying too heavy a load and was also in poor condition.
Officers from Thames Valley Roads Policing Unit attended and it was found the driver had no insurance and the vehicle was not taxed and had no valid MOT.
It was also being driven on fake plates.
The vehicle was seized and the driver reported.
