A DRIVER has been accused of causing serious injury to another person through careless driving.
Anthony Jones, of Spencer Gardens, Bicester, is accused of causing serious injury to Stefan Drezaliu on July 13 last year.
The 69-year-old was allegedly driving a Mercedes Vito on the A41 Blackthorn in Bicester when he injured Mr Drezaliu.

He was charged with one count of causing serious injury by careless/inconsiderate driving.
Jones appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (May 21) for his first hearing.
The case has now been adjourned for a trial to take place at the same court on August 30.
If guilty, he could face a prison sentence, fine or driving disqualification.
