A 61-YEAR-old man has died after attending hospital with ‘severe’ stomach pains.
Graham Chambers, of Danvers Road, Rosehill, attended John Radcliffe Hospital in Headington with severe abdominal pain and was treated several days before his death.
However, on May 1, his death was verified at 2pm by hospital staff.

An inquest opening held at Oxford Coroner’s Court on May 16 heard that a medical cause of death following a post-examination has been provided as peritonitis and a perforated jejunal gastrointestinal stromal tumour.
It was heard that Mr Chambers was a frozen food colleague at the time of his death.
Coroner Nicholas Graham has set a date for a full inquest to take place at the same court on October 17 at 10am.
