A HGV DRIVER has died on the M40 after a total single-vehicle crash with an ‘unknown’ cause.
Justin Buxton, 53, was driving on the M40 northbound near junction 8A when he was involved in a crash.
The death of the lorry driver, from Warwickshire, was verified by a paramedic at 1.04pm the same day.

An inquest opening at Oxford Coroner’s Court on May 16 heard that it is unknown why Mr Buxton had become involved in the single-vehicle crash.
He was taken to John Radcliffe Hospital and a medical cause of death has been provided as ‘severe head injury’.
A full inquest into his death has been scheduled to take place at the same court on October 24 at 10am.
