DAVID HUNT, 35, of Bampton Road, Clanfield, pleaded guilty to three counts of trying to engage in sexual communication with a child between October 2018 and January 2019 in Kidlington as well as one count of possessing an extreme pornographic image involving an animal in Kidlington on January 30, 2019 and one count of possessing an indecent image of a child in Kidlington on January 20, 2019. He was given a six month prison sentence suspended for two years. He will also need to complete 30 days of a specified programme and 15 days of rehabilitation activity. He is also required to sign on the register with police for seven years. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £154.
DANIEL LAZAREANU, 34, of Eastcote Lane, London, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Bicester on August 12 last year with 122 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of urine. He was disqualified for 24 months, reduced by 24 weeks, and fined £868. The disqualification was reduced for ‘special reasons’ as he only drove a short distance because he was to move his vehicle. He was also fined £868. There were court costs of £135 and a victim surcharge of £347.
ROBERT ASTON, 33, of Buckley Way, Burntwood, pleaded guilty to drug driving on the A34 on October 14 last year. He was given an absolute discharge and disqualified from driving for 12 months. There were court costs of £85.
JACK RUSHTON, 21, of New Street, Carcroft, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Abingdon on October 20 last year. He was fined £1,033 and disqualified from driving for 16 months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £413.
LASZLO TAMAS, 45, of Burwell Meadow, Witney, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified on April 11 this year in Beamount Road, Oxford. He was given a discretionary with ordinary disqualification and disqualified for 37 days. He was fined £415. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £166.
THOMAS PRIOR, 19, of Old Witney Road, Eynsham, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Oxford on April 12 this year with 42 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
LEWIS HOLDING, 22, of Smiths Wharf, Wantage, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Frilford on May 19 last year with 117 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath as well as driving without third party insurance, driving without a licence, and failing to surrender to court/police bail on June 23 last year. He is also pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicle taking on May 19 last year. He was given a community order to abstain from alcohol for 60 days and to complete six months of mental health treatment. There was also 30 days of rehabilitation activity and a disqualification of 20 months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
