The latest court cases in Oxford Magistrates' Court:

ANDREW DUNNING, 44, of Malvern Road, Leicester, was found guilty of failing to provide a specimen of blood for testing at Abingdon Police Station on December 19, 2022. He was given a community order to complete 80 hours of unpaid work and was disqualified from driving for 18 months. There were court costs of £500 and a victim surcharge of £114.

DANIEL CLARK, 32, of Eden Dale, Ryton, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Abingdon on June 29 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months and fined £444. There were court costs of £310 and a victim surcharge of £178.

DECLAN BEITH, 25, of Fleet Farm Way, Adderbury, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving in Banbury on September 8 last year as well as driving without third-party insurance and driving while disqualified. He was given a five-month prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, and was disqualified from driving for 38 months. There were no orders for costs.

MARK RAFFERTY, 45, of Bartlemas Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a bladed article in Hill Top Road, Oxford on March 21 this year as well as possession of a Class A drug, cocaine, and possession of a Class B drug, cannabis. He was given a community order to complete 12 months of drug rehabilitation treatment and 12 days of rehabilitation activity. There was a forfeiture and destruction order for the drugs. There was a victim surcharge of £114.

RYAN MINION, 28, of Stanton Harcourt, Witney, pleaded guilty to obstructing/resisting a constable in the execution of his duty in Witney on March 24 this year. He was given a period of conditional discharge for six months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £26.

ALFRED SMITH, 22, of Green Road, Headington, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Oxford on November 14 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £300. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £120.

CHARLEY JARVIS, 19, of Milton-Under-Wychwood, Chipping Norton, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Chipping Norton on April 5 this year with 46 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months, and fined £350. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £140.

KRZYSZTOF KEDZIORA, 38, of Stonehill Walk, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Abingdon on April 6 this year with 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by 18 weeks, and fined £392. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £157.

WILLIAM AMBROSIO, 37, of Wilsdon Way, Kidlington, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating of a police constable in Bicester on March 24, 2022. He was fined £215 and was ordered to pay £100 in compensation. There were court costs of £85.
