A new bakery will be opening its doors in an Oxfordshire town later this month with an opening date being confirmed.
Gail’s Bakery is set to welcome customers for the first in Thame at Cornmarket as it opens its fourth store in the county.
The bakery is mostly a London-based chain, opening its first site in Hampstead High Street in 2005.

Its first foray outside of London was in Oxford in 2016 when the bakery opened a store in Summertown.
It followed this up with a bakery in Jericho as well as opening a store in Witney.
The bakery is now set to open its fourth store in the county and is due to welcome customers on Friday, May 17.
A spokesperson from Gail’s Bakery said: “We will open our neighbourhood bakery in Thame on May 17, 2024.
“Serving Gail’s artisan sourdough breads, pastries, sandwiches, and cakes alongside our speciality House Blend coffee."
