GEZIM KURMEKAJ, 25, of High Acres, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Middleton Road, Banbury, on March 24 this year with 85 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months, reduced by 20 weeks, and fined £276. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £110.
JOE MASON, 23, of Nene Grove, Didcot, pleaded guilty to two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm on April 8 last year in Oxford. He was given a community order to complete 150 hours of unpaid work and was ordered to pay £300 in compensation. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
CHARLIE RUSSELL, 28, of Poppy Close, Ambrosden, Bicester, pleaded guilty to trespassing into a Wilko shop in Bicester on August 9, 2022 and stole 12 packs of scratch cards to the value of £1,236 and a further two or three carrier bags full of items to an unknown value. He also pleaded guilty to damaging a shop window belonging to FNKY in Causeway, Bicester on the same day to the value of £423.33. He was given a community order to complete 80 hours of unpaid and was ordered to pay £808.33 in compensation. There were court costs of £85.
JAMES PETER, 42 of Cherwell Avenue, Kidlington, pleaded guilty to one count of theft after stealing a £450 scooter from Bicester Shopping Car Park on November 10 last year. He was ordered to pay £450 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.
AIDEN HOLLIDAY, 22, of Nuffield Close, Bicester, pleaded guilty to drink driving on the A43 Baynards Green on March 2 this year with 104 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was given a community order to complete six months of alcohol treatment and 80 hours of unpaid work. He was also disqualified from driving for 24 months, reduced by 24 weeks. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
MAXIMUS MARVIN-FOSTER, 38, of William Kimber Crescent, Headington, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Oxford on October 14 last year as well as driving while disqualified. He was handed a 20-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. He was ordered to complete 10 days of rehabilitation activity and 150 hours of unpaid work. He was also disqualified from driving for 42 months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £154.
