The latest court cases in Oxford Magistrates' Court:

ANDREW ACHILLEOS, 62, of West Wycombe Road, High Wycombe, pleaded guilty to three counts of theft and one count of fraud by false representation. On March 14 this year, he stole £340 of alcohol from Tesco in Oxford, on April 4 he stole £900.90 of alcohol from Sainsburys in Oxford, and on December 15 last year he stole £476 of perfume from John Lewis in Oxford. The fraud by false representation count took place on February 8 this year when Achilleos was caught trying to use a bank card that did not belong to him to purchase £61.13 of alcohol from an Oxford petrol station. He was jailed for 20 weeks and ordered to pay £100 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.
HARRISON MCCREATH, 19, of Fieldside, Abingdon, was found guilty of possession of a knife in Iffley Road, Oxford on January 8 this year. He was given a community to complete 60 hours of unpaid work and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the knife. He was also ordered to pay £120 in court costs. There were no other orders for costs.
ANTHONY SAUNDERS, 62, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to assaulting another prisoner while in HMP Bullingdon on December 13 last year. He was jailed for 28 days consecutive to his current sentence. There were no orders for costs.
CARLOS JAMESON, 32, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to driving with a fraudulent number plate in West Hanney on April 6 as well as driving without third-party insurance and without a valid driving licence. He had six penalty points added to his driving record and was fined £120. There were court costs of £85.
JESSE BILLINGHAM, 26, of Bonners Mead, Benson, pleaded guilty to three counts of assaulting an emergency worker and one count of assault by beating. On April 6, he beat a woman in Wallingford and on the same day he assaulted three different police officers. He was jailed for 12 weeks and ordered to pay £400 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.
LOUISE DRIFFIELD, 27, of Calthorpe Street, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drug driving in South Newington on September 4 last year as well as possession of a Class A drug, namely cocaine. He was given a community order to complete nine months of drug rehabilitation, 12 months of mental health treatment, and 40 hours of unpaid work. He was also disqualified from driving for three years. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
CHITRALAKHA SINGH, 34, of Oxford Road, Reading, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Dunsden on March 22 this year with 49 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months, reduced by 16 weeks, and fined £400. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £160.
SHIVJIT SINGH, 26, of Cromwell Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Bicester on March 22 this year with 43 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by 12 weeks, and fined £150. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £60.
