Banbury United has unveiled the club's new crest - the first time it has been changed since the 1990s.
The club said the new crest is "worthy of a relevant, bright and confident football club".
It is the result of feedback from a fan consultation and is set to feature on clothing, merchandise and other branded items.
Of the 208 respondents to the consultation, 68 per cent said they were in favour of a change to the logo.
The option of a red Puritan man on a yellow background was the most popular logo choice with 52 per cent of the vote.
The club said the "contemporary" badge will "look much more professional, particularly on clothing, merchandise and other branded items".
The logo now features a simplified design, a more "contemporary" typeface, a thickened white border, simple facial features on the Puritan to make it more recognisable, and just one red, gold and white.
Additional changes were made to soften the Puritan’s features.
The club acknowledges that the redesign may not be immediately welcomed by everyone.
The project has been carried out at no cost to the club as it was undertaken by volunteers with the support of Above+Beyond, an independent award-winning creative agency based in London.
More information about the design process for the new logo can be found on the Banbury United website.
