A special event will take place in Oxford this weekend to celebrate the 40th anniversary of an iconic car.
This year marks 40 years of the Montego which was built at the Cowley location and the Mini Plant will host a celebration on Sunday.
Cowley's Drive it Day celebration will be a day of nostalgia and memories as the community comes together to cherish the model.
Everyone is welcome from classic car owners to local people with past and present Cowley workers are particularly encouraged to attend.

The event is free to attend and there will be free refreshments for all as well as a donation box for Mini Plant Oxford's charity in case anyone would like to make a small donation.
A small display of Montegos is planned and there will even be cake to celebrate the iconic car’s anniversary.
Event organiser Tanya Field said: “I am delighted that once again, thanks to Mini Plant Oxford, the Visitor Centre at the Plant will be hosting a Drive it Day event and this year we will also be celebrating 40 years of the Montego which was built at the Plant.
“This is a great way to be able to celebrate 111 years of motor manufacturing in Cowley with the local community.”
Cowley's Drive it Day celebration will be taking place both inside and outside the Visitor Centre at Mini Plant Oxford between 10am and 3pm on Sunday, April 21.
