CHRISTOPHER BRENNAN, 56, of Mere Road, Finmere, pleaded guilty to assaulting a man in Symmetry Park Bicester on April 5 last year and occasioning him actual bodily harm. He was given a community order to complete 15 rehabilitation activity days and he must pay £1,500 in compensation. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
KIRSTY WILLOUGHBY, 24, of William Bliss Avenue, Chipping Norton, pleaded guilty to send online messages which were grossly offensive or indecent, obscene or menacing in character between February 10 and 13, 2022 in Chipping Norton. She was given a community order to complete 24 days of rehabilitation activity and was fined £100. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
OLIVER CHENEY, 28, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order imposed at Oxford Magistrates Court’ on April 14, 2021 by attending an address in Chinnor on October 15 last year which he was prohibited from attending. He also pleaded guilty one count each of harassment, using harassment, alarm or distress using threatening, abusive or insulting words/behaviour, and failing to surrender to court/police bail on December 7 last year. He was jailed for 16 weeks. There were no orders for costs.
LAURA VAULTER, 36, of Brome Place, Headington, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft, one on January 26 when she stole £217.92 of stuffed animals from the HMV store in Oxford and on January 28 she stole sushi and bento boxes to an unknown value from Wasabi Sushi and Bento in Oxford. She also pleaded guilty to assaulting an emergency worker on January 26 and obstructing a constable on January 28 in the execution of her duty. She was given a community order to complete 15 days of rehabilitation activity and six months of alcohol treatment. She was also ordered to pay £25 in compensation. There were also court costs of £25 but no order for a victim surcharge.
SUNNY KUMAR, 32, of Cumberland Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order made at Oxford Crown Court on June 14, 2022 by climbing through the window of a woman’s property to make contact her on January 31 this year which he was prohibited from doing. He was given a 12 week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. He was also ordered to abstain from alcohol for 90 days, complete 30 rehabilitation activity days and 150 hours of unpaid work.
