A motorist has been charged with drink driving and failing to stop after an accident.
The crash happened at around 6.15pm on Saturday (April 13) on Rutten Lane in Yarnton.
Police said a man was arrested on Saturday following an investigation.
Lukasz Toton, aged 44, of Banbury Road, Warwick, was charged on Sunday (April 14) with driving a motor vehicle when above the alcohol limit, driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence, failing to stop after a road incident and failing to report that accident.
A Thames Valley Police spokesperson said: "Toton has been released on bail and is due to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, May 2."
