AN arrest warrant has been issued for a cyclist accused of riding a bike on the motorway.
Dhimiter Kruti, of no fixed abode, was due to appear at Oxfordshire Magistrates’ Court on February 28 and again on April 11.
He was charged with riding a pedal cycle on the M40, near Watlington, between junctions seven and six.

Kruti was charged with ‘excluding traffic on a special road’ under the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988.
The 39-year-old was due in court for a first hearing but failed to show up.
A warrant not back for bail for his arrest has now been issued.
It is unknown when he will next be due in court as a result of the warrant.
