HAYLEY MORRIS, 32, of Point Place, Witney, pleaded guilty to assaulting an emergency worker, namely a police officer, in Witney on January 28 this year. She was given a community order to complete six months of drug rehabilitation treatment and 20 days of rehabilitation activity. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
WERONIKA SZAFRANIAK, 28, of Oliver Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Bicester on February 18 this year with 54 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath as well as one count of failing to co-operate with a preliminary test. They were disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months, and fined £338. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £135.
JAMES GREEN, 26, of Luther Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft from a shop. The first on February 15 this year, he stole £375 of clothing from Marks and Spencer in Oxford and on February 21 he stole £179 worth of items from the same store. He was given a community order to complete six months of drug rehabilitation treatment and was made subject to electronic trail monitoring. He was also ordered to complete 20 days of rehabilitation activity and was fined £375. There were no other orders for costs.
MARSHALL JUDD, 19, of Copse Lane, Marston, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating in Oxford on March 4 this year and one count of possession of a Class B drug, namely cannabis. He was given a community order to complete six days of rehabilitation activity and 80 hours of unpaid work. A forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were court costs of £85.
ROBERT ASTON, 33, of Buckley Way, Burntwood, pleaded guilty to drug driving on the M40 near Banbury on October 15 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £430. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £172.
